All inclusiveness assumes a degree of normativity— that some of us are normal, and that those of us that aren’t needed to be grated in. We need to challenge our own unconscious assumptions if we are ever going to be truly inclusive.

For once, the world is finally paying attention to the voices of women who were once marginalised and sidelined. Here we discussed the future of gender equity, how can we empower women in all areas of their lives, and level the playing field for all.
